This scrapbook continues with the matting and adds some Cricut and paper punch techniques.
While the week's weather was a disaster I think the scrapbook has some successful techniques. I stared with some architectural Cricut cut outs that were inspired by the pictures of the architecture in Columbus. Later books I have more design elements like this that I think are a bit more interesting. I also started rounding the corners which I then found I couldn't stop. Took my awhile to go back to a corner. I went a little crazy with the cloud paper punch but it was fitting given the weather for the week. I also found pre-cut page templates in the gift shop at The Wilds. Now that was a fun surprise find. I've since discovered that other vacation spots have similar scrapbook items in gift shops. I never pass up the gift shops now.
I love putting the books together almost as much as the wonderful week with each niece.
